SHAFTSBURY — Troopers responded to a report of domestic disturbance late Wednesday night that led to the arrest of a local man on assault charges.
The incident occurred on Glastenview Drive at approximately 10:36 p.m. where Joshua D.
Moon, 39, was accused of causing bodily injury to a family member.
Upon their arrival, state troopers conducted an investigation which resulted in Moon’s arrest.
Moon was transported to Shaftsbury Barracks for processing.
Following the completion of the processing, he was held without bail at Marble Valley Correctional Facility.
Moon faces a charge of 2nd Degree Aggravated Domestic Assault and awaits further legal proceedings.
