FAIR HAVEN — A local woman was taken into custody by the Fair Haven Police Department on Oct. 22 following an investigation into a reported trespassing incident.
Jesica L. Perry, 42, was arrested after police responded to a call on Oct. 19 at 10:20 a.m. about a trespassing at a property on Washington Street.
According to authorities, Perry allegedly entered the property in violation of a no-trespass order that had been issued against her on July 8.
Police Officer Tyler Duel led the investigation that resulted in Perry’s arrest.
She has been issued a citation to appear in Rutland District Court to respond to the charge of unlawful trespass.
