New Haven police seek help locating missing woman

NEW HAVEN — The New Haven Department of Police Service is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 25-year-old Melissa Healey, who has been missing since Oct. 8.

Healey, described as a white female with a very thin and petite build, was last seen on Oct. 2.

She stands at 5 feet 3 inches tall, has short dark brown hair, brown eyes, and is known to have several distinctive tattoos: bats on her neck, a dagger and skull on her left bicep, and a quill pen on her sternum.

Authorities also noted an abnormality with her tooth.

The New Haven Police Department is actively searching the New Haven and Clinton areas for any signs of Healey.

Officials are urging anyone with information about Healey’s whereabouts to contact the New Haven Police Department Missing Persons Unit at 203-946-6304 or 911.
