SOUTH PORTLAND — The South Portland Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a woman in connection with an incident that occurred on Oct. 14 at a local JCPenny store.
Officer Stewart is leading the investigation and is looking to speak with the female pictured in the photos distributed by the department.
