PAWTUCKET — Members of the ACI Investigations Unit made multiple arrests on Oct. 22, with a Pawtucket woman taken into custody as a fugitive from Massachusetts.
Jillian Zelano, 39, with a last known address of 57 Jackson Street, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, was arrested and charged as a fugitive from justice from the State of Massachusetts.
After being arraigned in the Third District Court, Zelano waived extradition proceedings and was ordered to be held at the ACI pending her return to Seekonk, Massachusetts.
