Rhode Island State Police make multiple arrests over the weekend

WEST GREENWICH — Troopers from the Rhode Island State Police Hope Valley Barracks conducted a series of arrests over the weekend, detaining individuals on various charges, including failure to appear for sentencing and driving under the influence.

On Saturday, Oct. 19 at 9 a.m., Jason M. Peckham Snow, 27, was arrested at his residence on Harry Andrews Road for a Kent County Superior Court bench warrant.

The warrant was for failure to appear for sentencing on a technical violation related to an original charge of breaking and entering at night with felonious intent, which originated from the Coventry Police Department.

Snow was processed at the Hope Valley Barracks and later taken to the Adult Correctional Institution – Men’s Intake Center.

Later that day, at 4:07 p.m., Vladimir Parrilla Pizarro, 39, was arrested during a traffic stop on Washington Street in West Warwick.

Pizarro, a resident of Benedict Street in Providence, was wanted on an affidavit arrest warrant from the Providence Police Department for domestic simple assault.

After processing at the barracks, Pizarro was transferred to the Providence Police Department.
