MILFORD — A pedestrian was hit by a minivan near the main entrance of Milford High School this evening, and the driver left the scene before police could arrive.
At about 7:39 p.m., the Milford Police Department received reports of the incident involving a grey-colored minivan driven by a middle-aged woman with children in the vehicle.
The pedestrian, whose identity has not been released, was transported to Milford Hospital for treatment.
Authorities are actively searching for the minivan and its driver.
