Eden man faces second DUI charge after traffic stop in Lowell

LOWELL — A 51-year-old man from Eden was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence late Thursday night after Vermont State Police pulled him over for a vehicle equipment violation.

Eric Booth was stopped on VT Route 100 near Mink Farm Road around 11:18 p.m.

During the interaction, troopers observed signs of impairment and took Booth into custody.

Booth was transported to the Morrisville Police Department for processing.

Following the processing, he was issued a citation to appear in Orleans County Superior Court on Nov. 5 at 8 a.m. to respond to the DUI #2 charge.
