EAST HARTFORD — The East Hartford Police Department issued a missing person alert for 16-year-old Kiara Ramos, who was last seen possibly in West Hartford with a friend since October 6.
Authorities are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Ramos.
The East Hartford Police Department and the family are concerned for her well-being and are urging anyone with information to come forward.
Detective Paul Sulzicki is leading the investigation.
