Winhall man arrested for threatening, stalking Brookline residents

BROOKLINE — Vermont State Police arrested a Winhall man on charges of criminal threatening, disorderly conduct by phone, and stalking after he allegedly made life-threatening statements to a Brookline family.

According to authorities, troopers received a call at 6:16 p.m. on Oct. 10 regarding a threat made to Matthew Sensor, 42, and his daughter Natalie Sensor, 19.

The investigation revealed that Jarod Wilkins, 24, had made threats serious enough to cause both victims to fear for their lives.

Earlier that day, Wilkins was reported to have shown up at Natalie’s place of employment and later at her residence uninvited.

Following these incidents, Wilkins was apprehended and processed at the Winhall Police Department.

Wilkins was subsequently lodged at the Southern State Correctional Facility on $500 bail.

He is set to appear before the Vermont Superior Court, Windham Criminal Division, on Oct. 15 at 12:30 p.m.
