Portsmouth police seek help identifying theft suspects

PORTSMOUTH — The Portsmouth Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying individuals connected to a theft at a downtown boutique.

According to police, the incident occurred at Puttin’ on the Glitz, a local store, on Oct. 6 around 12:30 p.m. The individuals in question have been declared persons of interest related to the event.

Officer Kevin Cardno is leading the investigation and urges anyone with information to come forward.
