FAIR HAVEN — Jesica L. Perry, 42, was arrested by Fair Haven police on Oct. 4 after an investigation into a reported trespassing incident at a local Dollar General store.
According to authorities, officers responded to a call at the Dollar General on Main St. on Sept. 26 at 4:35 p.m.
The investigation revealed that Perry allegedly entered and remained on the premises unlawfully, defying a no-trespass order issued to her on May 30.
Perry was taken into custody without incident and has been issued a citation to appear in Rutland District Court to face an unlawful trespass charge.
Patrol Officer Tyler Duel is credited with the investigation leading to Perry’s arrest.
