Community National Bank blood drive collects 60 pints, potentially saving 180 lives

DERBY –– Community National Bank (CNB) recently reported a successful blood drive with 60 lifesaving pints. Based on information shared by the Red Cross, each pint can save up to three lives.

“We want to thank all the volunteers and donors for coming together to potentially save 180 lives at our annual blood drive on October 1,” Kayla Wright said.

The drive took place at the Elks Club in Derby. All donors were treated to baked goods from Troy Country Store’s, The Old Goat Bakery, located in Troy, VT.
