ROLLINSFORD — The Rollinsford Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating 35-year-old Ryan Carter from Allenstown, who has been declared missing under mysterious circumstances.
Carter was last seen this morning around 9:15 a.m. on Rollins Road, an area situated between Wentworth Greenhouse and Oak Street.
The police have released a second photograph taken this morning, which may depict the clothing Carter was wearing at the time of his disappearance.
The urgency to find Carter increased after authorities discovered his vehicle abandoned and running on Sept. 30.
The circumstances of his disappearance, including his intended destination or potential companions, remain unknown.
