Lyndonville man arrested on outstanding warrant for trespassing, mischief

LYNDONVILLE — A local man was taken into custody by the Lyndonville Police Department after officers responded to a report of an intoxicated pedestrian on Memorial Drive on Oct. 1.

Brendon Foley, 37, of St. Johnsbury, was arrested around 11:33 a.m. following a complaint about his erratic behavior near 4728 Memorial Drive.

Upon arrival, officers identified Foley and discovered he was wanted on an arrest warrant from Lamoille County.

The warrant listed charges of felony Unlawful Trespass of an Occupied Dwelling and misdemeanor Unlawful Mischief.

Foley was subsequently arrested without incident.

After his arrest, Foley was presented before the Honorable Court, which ordered his lodging at the Northeast Regional Correctional Facility.

The date for his next court appearance has not been disclosed.
