NEWPORT –– NCUHS senior Hayden Boivin ran for four touchdowns and threw for another to Jason Pelliter as the falcons won their second games in a row.
Junior tailback Gage Beaumont racked up 102 yards on 13 carries to power the NCUHS running game. The falcons stretched out a 20-6 halftime lead to a final 28 point margin at 34-6.
Boivin went 14 for 19 in the air for 209 yards.
The cougars kicker Simon Ryder accounted for the MMU scoring connecting on a pair of field goals from 30 and 38 yards out.
The falcons play Lyndon Institute in the Barrel Bowl next Saturday in Lyndon center. The pregame show on NSN starts at 12:45 p.m.
