SHIRLEY — A woman was rushed to the hospital with serious injuries this morning after falling from a third-story window on Davis Street, according to the Shirley Police Department.
Emergency responders from both the Shirley Police and Fire Departments were dispatched to the scene after receiving a call about the incident.
The victim, whose identity has not been released, was transported to a local hospital for treatment and further evaluation.
Chief Samuel Santiago stated that the police are actively investigating the circumstances surrounding the fall to determine what led to the incident.
