Rockingham County fugitive apprehended, faces extradition to multiple states

BRENTWOOD — After a lengthy investigation, authorities arrested Danielle Lalone on Sept. 20, who was wanted on multiple warrants including narcotic violations and robbery, according to Rockingham County Sheriff Charles Massahos.

The Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office Warrants Division, Investigation Division, and the United States Marshals located Lalone hiding in a residence in Somersworth.

She had been sought by law enforcement for charges out of the Rockingham County Superior Court and the Portsmouth District Court, as well as having extraditable warrants from Colorado and Wyoming.

Lalone’s Colorado warrant pertains to a Probation Violation for Vehicular Assault, and the Wyoming warrant is for Possession of a Stolen Vehicle.

Following her arrest, she was transported to Rockingham County Jail.

After a court appearance on Sept. 23, Lalone was held on preventative detention.

Officials stated that Lalone will remain in New Hampshire custody to address her local charges before being extradited to Colorado and Wyoming to respond to the charges in those states.
