Man arrested on disorderly conduct warrant after traffic stop in Exeter

EXETER — Troopers arrested a Connecticut man late Monday night on a warrant for disorderly conduct after pulling him over on Route 95.

Javier K. Skeene, 33, of Stratford, Connecticut, was taken into custody at 10:58 p.m. on an affidavit and arrest warrant for disorderly conduct – tumultuous behavior.

The warrant originated from the Coventry Police Department.

The arrest by Rhode Island State Police was the result of a motor vehicle stop in the town of Exeter.

After being stopped, Skeene was transported to the State Police – Hope Valley Barracks for processing.

He was later turned over to Coventry Police Department.
