Falcons drop to 0-3 after loss, Boivin tallies 12 tackles

BELLOWS FALLS –– The Bellows Falls Terriers, 2-1 on the season racked up 378 yards on the ground enroute to a 40 to 8 victory over the 0-3 North Country Falcons.

The Terriers were paced by senior Tailback Carson Clark who finished with 113 yards on 17 carries. BF established a 21-0 lead at the half on a pair of short scoring runs and a 65 yard sprint by Jadin Bazin on the first play of the game.

North Country mustered 156 yards in total offense with junior Halfback Gage Beaumont catching a 33 yard touchdown pass from junior signal caller Jacob Gregoire. Senior linebacker Hayden Boivin finished with 12 tackles for the Falcon defense.

NCUHS returns home this upcoming weekend hosting the Windsor Yellowjackets Friday night at Veterans field. The NCU pre game show is on the Northeast Sports Network at 6:45 p.m. Kickoff is 7 p.m.
