ST. JOHNSBURY — On Sept. 12 at 8:17 a.m., St. Johnsbury Police Department officers responded to a tip about potential drug activity at a Portland Street address, leading to the recovery of a stolen vehicle.
Captain Gray and Officer Hendry arrived at 229 Portland Street to find Chelsie Pike in possession of a gray 2016 Subaru Crosstrek.
During their investigation, authorities discovered that the vehicle had been reported stolen from Burlington on Oct. 17 of last year.
