LYNDON — A 55-year-old Lyndon man was arrested Thursday on charges of first-degree aggravated domestic assault after allegedly attacking an intimate partner.
Vermont State Police responded to a report of a citizen dispute on Charles Street in Lyndon at 5:50 p.m. Sept. 12.
Upon investigation, troopers determined that Keith Miller had assaulted his partner, restricting her breathing and causing pain and fear.
Miller was taken into custody and transported to the St. Johnsbury Barracks for processing.
He faces charges of first-degree aggravated domestic assault.
The victim’s name was not released, as per Vermont State Police policy regarding victims of sexual assault and domestic violence.
