East Corinth church burglary under investigation

EAST CORINTH — State Police are investigating a burglary at the East Corinth Congregational Church located at 645 Village Road, which was reported to have occurred during the first week of September.

According to authorities, the break-in was discovered at the historic church, but details on what was stolen or the extent of the damage have not been released.

The suspect or suspects involved in the incident remain unknown at this time.

Trooper Haley of the Vermont State Police St. Johnsbury Barracks is leading the investigation.

The police are urging anyone with information about the burglary to come forward to assist with the ongoing investigation.
