MANCHESTER — A neighborhood dispute turned violent on Sept. 8 when a Manchester woman allegedly struck her neighbor’s car and later assaulted police officers.

According to Manchester Police, officers were called to 144 Pearl St. at approximately 7:50 p.m. following a report of an argument between neighbors.

The dispute escalated when 47-year-old Kymberleigh Lamson allegedly punched someone during a confrontation about the car damage.

When authorities arrived at the scene, Lamson was detained as they investigated the incident.

Police described her as uncooperative and combative.

Despite warnings, Lamson attempted to walk away from the scene multiple times and was eventually handcuffed and arrested.

The situation intensified when Lamson kicked an officer in the leg while being stopped from leaving.

After being placed in the back of a police cruiser, she spat in an officer’s face, assaulted another officer, and began kicking the cruiser’s rear windows.

Lamson’s resistance continued during the booking process, leading to her transportation to the Valley Street Jail.

She faces charges including Resisting Arrest/Detention and multiple counts of Simple Assault; Physical Contact.
