PAWTUCKET — Troopers arrested a Pawtucket man early Wednesday morning on multiple domestic violence-related charges following a disturbance on Route 95 in Providence.
Jorge Herrera, 43, of 107 Columbia Avenue, was taken into custody at 12:47 a.m. and charged with domestic simple assault, domestic disorderly conduct, and domestic refusal to relinquish a telephone, according to the Rhode Island State Police.
The arrest came after state police responded to a report of a disturbance.
Herrera was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and held overnight.
He is scheduled for arraignment at the Sixth Division District Court.
