ENOSBURGH — Troopers from the St. Albans Barracks responded to a domestic altercation at an Enosburgh residence on Perley Road at approximately 7:59 a.m. on Sept. 10.
The investigation indicated that Justin Bushey, 33, of Enosburgh, had committed aggravated domestic assault and unlawful restraint.
Bushey was taken into custody and processed at the St. Albans Barracks.
Following processing, Bushey was transported to the Northwest State Correctional Facility, where he is being held without bail pending further legal action.
The case remains under investigation.
