LOWELL — Lowell Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in finding 24-year-old Jerry Steve Ruiz-Manzano, who has been missing since Sept. 5.
Ruiz-Manzano is described as a Hispanic male, 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighing approximately 200 pounds, with a shaved head and no facial hair.
He was last seen in the South Lowell area sporting a black and red jacket with red pants.
Authorities believe he may currently be in the Chelsea area.
The Lowell Police Department urges anyone with information on Ruiz-Manzano’s whereabouts to contact them at 978-937-3200.
The Chelsea Police Department is also collaborating in the search.
