HOOKSETT — Police are actively searching for an 18-year-old male with intellectual disabilities who went missing from his home in Hooksett on Sunday, Sept. 8.

The young man, identified as Timothy Richmond, walked away from his residence on Sophie Circle and has not been located despite a thorough search of the area.

Richmond, who recently moved from Nashua, may be unfamiliar with his new surroundings.

He is described as being 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing 140 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.

Authorities have noted that Richmond does not possess a driver’s license or have a car registered in his name.

Recent behaviors have shown that he has been visiting various cell phone stores, possibly to change his phone in an effort to avoid detection.

The Hooksett Police Department is urging anyone with information on Richmond’s whereabouts to come forward and contact them at 603-624-1560, or reach out to their local law enforcement agency.

The community’s assistance is crucial in ensuring Richmond’s safe return.
