ST JOHNSBURY — On Sept. 9, the St Johnsbury Police Department responded to a call at the Welcome Center concerning an unconscious male.
Upon arrival, officers found the individual to be in good condition, but in the presence of Jill C. Shoemaker, a 36-year-old resident of St Johnsbury.
Shoemaker was discovered to have an active warrant for her arrest.
The St Johnsbury Police, under the supervision of Detective Sgt. Lester Cleary, arrested Shoemaker without any complications.
Following the arrest, Shoemaker was transported to the Caledonia Superior Court for processing.
The arrest occurred at approximately 12:45 p.m. Shoemaker is expected to face the charges as per the warrant in Caledonia court on Sept. 9.
