Retail theft reported at Randolph store, police seek suspects

RANDOLPH — On the morning of Sept. 9, Vermont State Police responded to a reported theft at The Barn, a retail establishment on VT Route 66.

According to authorities, an employee noticed an individual behaving suspiciously before leaving the store without paying for various items.

The store manager promptly called 911 to report the incident.

Upon reviewing surveillance footage, investigators observed that the suspect, believed to be a woman, was accompanied by a man.

However, the man is not thought to have taken any merchandise and seemed to be traveling with the female suspect.

Vermont State Police have released photos of the suspects and are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying them.

The investigation into the theft at The Barn is ongoing.
