Montville police seek tips on hit-and-run minivan

MONTVILLE — The Montville Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a silver or gray minivan, possibly a Toyota Sienna, involved in a hit-and-run collision on April 9 at approximately 9:25 a.m.

According to authorities, the suspect vehicle sustained heavy damage to its front end, with the bumper and fender hanging off.

It was last seen towing a trailer when it rear-ended another vehicle near 253 Route 163 and failed to stop.

The minivan reportedly continued driving, taking a left onto Bridge St and proceeding up Gay Hill Rd.
