ROCKLAND — Police arrested two people and seized stolen tools and narcotics during a search warrant execution Thursday morning in Rockland.
The Rockland Police Department, assisted by Knox County Sheriff’s Office detectives and Maine Drug Enforcement Agency agents, searched a residence and several outbuildings on Mountain Road as part of an ongoing burglary, theft and drug trafficking investigation.
Authorities recovered numerous stolen tools and over 170 grams of narcotics, including cocaine, crack cocaine, methamphetamine and suspected heroin/fentanyl.
Robert “Bo” Curtis, 66, was arrested and charged with felony receiving stolen property, misdemeanor possession of scheduled drugs and endangering the welfare of a child.
As of Thursday afternoon, Curtis remained in custody at Knox County Jail.
A juvenile was also arrested and charged with felony aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs.
The minor was transported to Long Creek Youth Development Center.
The search was conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday as part of the multi-agency investigation.
