WOODBURY — Vermont State Police arrested a 41-year-old Woodbury man Thursday night on charges of domestic assault, interference with access to emergency services and unlawful mischief.
Justin Brown was taken into custody after troopers responded to a report of a family fight on Dog Pond Road at 9:55 p.m. Aug. 29.
Investigators determined Brown had assaulted a 45-year-old family member, damaged a vehicle and disconnected phone access, according to police.
Brown was released on conditions and is scheduled to appear in Washington County Superior Court Criminal Division at 12:30 p.m. Aug. 30.
The victim’s name was not released, as per Vermont State Police policy regarding victims of domestic violence.
