PLYMOUTH — A local woman was arrested Wednesday after her vehicle broke down on Hale Hollow Road, leading to the discovery of a criminally suspended license and two active warrants, the Windsor County Sheriff’s Department said.

Victoria M. Reaser, 56, of Plymouth, was taken into custody around 12:19 p.m. after Lt.

Anthony Leonard conducted routine checks and found her Vermont driver’s license was criminally suspended.

Further investigation revealed two active warrants for Reaser’s arrest.

Reaser was lodged at Southern State Corrections on the warrants and is scheduled to appear in Windsor Criminal Court on Thursday.

She will face charges for criminal driving after license suspension at a later court date on Oct. 15.

In addition to the warrants, Reaser received citations for the license suspension and traffic tickets for three motor vehicle violations.

A dog that accompanied her during the incident has been placed with a local humane society.
