Henniker officer arrests driver with suspended license, seizes vehicle with suspected drugs

HENNIKER — Officer Christian Kyle of the Henniker Police Department arrested a driver with a suspended license after observing the vehicle fail to stop completely while exiting Route 202&9 on July 23.

The traffic stop occurred on Bradford Road where, upon further investigation, Officer Kyle identified the driver’s suspended license status.

During the stop, drug-related items were observed in the vehicle, leading to its seizure pending the issuance of a search warrant.

The warrant was subsequently granted, and a search of the vehicle revealed multiple baggies containing powder and crystal-like substances.

The substances found are believed to be Cocaine, Methamphetamine, and Fentanyl.

The Henniker Police Department is currently conducting a thorough investigation following the discovery.
