Brandon woman arrested for unauthorized vehicle use, warrant

SUDBURY — A 29-year-old Brandon woman was arrested early Wednesday morning after allegedly taking a vehicle without the owner’s consent, Vermont State Police reported.

Eden Netelkos is accused of operating a vehicle belonging to 57-year-old Christopher Netelkos, who reported the unauthorized use from his Sudbury residence at 8 a.m. on Aug. 21.

Following an investigation, Vermont State Police located Eden Netelkos in Proctor with the vehicle in question.

She was taken into custody and processed at the Rutland Barracks.

She received a citation to appear at Vermont Superior Court – Criminal Division.

Additionally, Eden Netelkos was found to have an outstanding arrest warrant.

She was turned over to the court with bail set at $50.

The Vermont State Police expressed their gratitude to Rutland Probation and Parole for their assistance with the case.

Eden Netelkos is scheduled to appear in court to face the charges.
