MILFORD — A 43-year-old Hopkinton man died Saturday after his motorcycle collided with a car near Cedar St. and the 495 Southbound on-ramp, authorities said.
The Milford Public Safety Communications Center received several 911 calls about the crash at around 4:33 p.m. First responders found the motorcyclist had been ejected and hit a rock formation.
He was rushed to Milford Regional Hospital with life-threatening injuries and was later pronounced dead, police said.
The car driver sustained minor injuries and was also taken to the same hospital.
The Milford Police Detective Bureau and the Massachusetts State Police Accident Reconstruction team worked into the night investigating the incident.
No further information has been released.
