Police arrest two on domestic violence, burglary charges in Pawtucket

PAWTUCKET — Members of the RI Violent Fugitive Task Force made two separate arrests on Aug. 23, detaining individuals wanted for serious domestic violence offenses and burglary.

Nazjae Greene, 26, of Pawtucket, was apprehended on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Felony Domestic Assault related to a stabbing incident.

Greene’s capture occurred without incident, and she was subsequently handed over to the Pawtucket Police Department for further processing.

On the same day, Kayvan Castellanos, 30, of Warwick, was taken into custody on two Newport County Bench Warrants.

The first warrant was for Domestic Violence, and the second was for Unlawful Breaking and Entering, both charges stemming from cases handled by the Portsmouth Police Department.

Similar to Greene’s arrest, Castellanos was detained without issue.

After processing, he was turned over directly to the authorities at Newport County Court.
