Keene police investigate late-night shooting near Lab n’ Lager

KEENE — Shortly after midnight on Aug. 20, Keene police responded to reports of gunfire near Lab n’ Lager, located at 122 Main St.

Officers arrived to find a man with a gunshot wound.

Witnesses told police the individual believed to be responsible had fled the scene.

The victim was taken to Cheshire Medical Center with injuries that were not life-threatening.

The Keene Police Department said all parties involved have been identified, and the investigation continues.

Keene police were assisted by the Keene Fire Department, New Hampshire State Police, and the Swanzey Police Department.
