LINCOLN WOODS — A Johnston man was apprehended Thursday morning after a routine traffic stop led to the discovery of an outstanding warrant for his arrest.
Desmond Bynum, 35, of Binghampton Avenue, was taken into custody at 9:57 a.m. on a Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for failing to appear for a restitution review.
The charge stemmed from a felony assault and/or battery case originating from the Providence Police Department.
