CONCORD — The Merrimack County Sheriff’s Office has issued a public appeal for information leading to the capture of two fugitives, Andrew R. Abelha and Chad Dow, both wanted on multiple charges.
Andrew R. Abelha, 35, is wanted for numerous offenses including being a felon in possession of a deadly weapon, violation of a court order, conspiracy to commit burglary, and the sale of a narcotic drug.
Abelha, a white male with brown hair and eyes, stands 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs approximately 135 pounds.
His last known location was in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, and a warrant for his arrest has been outstanding since October 2011.
Chad Dow, 42, is also on the run, facing charges for violation of probation and possession of a controlled drug.
Dow, also a white male, has brown hair and blue eyes, is 5 feet 8 inches tall, and weighs around 180 pounds.
He was last seen in Concord, NH, with a warrant issued for his arrest in December.
The sheriff’s office warns the public to exercise caution and not to approach or attempt to apprehend either individual.

The call for assistance has been authorized by Sheriff David Croft as of Aug. 13, and the community’s cooperation is essential in ensuring the safe apprehension of these individuals.
