Bristol man arrested for DUI #2, driving with suspended license

BRISTOL — A 24-year-old Brandon man was arrested late Saturday night on suspicion of driving under the influence and operating a vehicle with a criminally suspended license.

At approximately 10:25 p.m., Troopers from the New Haven Barracks were patrolling the area of Vermont Route 116 when they conducted a check of Sycamore Park.

Upon investigation, they encountered multiple occupied vehicles and made contact with an individual later identified as Gabriel Litch.

During the interaction, Troopers detected signs of impairment from Litch, who was also found to be driving with a suspended license.

Litch was taken into custody and charged with DUI #2, his second offense, and driving with a suspended license (DLS).

After being processed at the State Police New Haven Barracks, Litch was released with a citation to appear in Addison County Superior Court – Criminal Division on Aug. 26 at 12:30 p.m.
