FAIRFIELD — Vermont State Police are searching for a missing 17-year-old girl, Ariana Schulz, who is believed to have run away with her boyfriend, also 17, on Aug. 8.
Authorities were notified of the disappearance around 3:18 p.m. on Thursday after Schulz failed to return to her Fairfield home.
The Vermont State Police – St. Albans Barracks is leading the investigation and has yet to locate Schulz or her boyfriend, Robert Steele.
Schulz is described as 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighing 110 pounds, with long black hair and blue eyes.
Specific details about her clothing at the time of disappearance were not available.
State Police are requesting the public’s assistance in locating Schulz.
