WEATHERSFIELD — Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a truck seen discharging a gun near a local daycare center this morning.
The Weathersfield Police Department has released an image of the vehicle, which has a distinctive item covering the rear passenger window area.
Authorities believe the truck was involved in the incident that occurred close to the daycare.
No injuries have been reported, but the proximity of the gunfire to the daycare has raised concerns among parents and residents of the small community.
Investigators are urging anyone who may recognize the truck or have any relevant information to come forward.
