YORK — A suspect has been arrested in connection with an indecent conduct case, the York Police Department announced today.
The incident, which involved a man exposing himself inside a vehicle, occurred on Long Beach Avenue near the Sun & Surf Restaurant on June 15 at approximately 8:42 p.m.
The suspect, identified as 44-year-old Justin Turgeon of Madbury, New Hampshire, allegedly fled the scene before officers arrived.
However, following a thorough investigation, York Police were able to identify Turgeon as the individual involved.
An arrest warrant was subsequently issued, and Turgeon turned himself in to authorities today without incident.
The York Police Department stated that no further details will be released at this time, as the investigation is still ongoing.
