Man arrested for violating release conditions in Waterbury

WATERBURY — A 52-year-old Maine man was taken into custody on May 8 for allegedly violating his court-ordered conditions of release three times.

Vermont State Police responded to a report that John Neville was present at a residence on Loomis Hill Rd.

Upon arrival and after a conditions of release check, Neville was found to be in breach of the court’s directives.

Neville was arrested without incident and transported to the Berlin Barracks for processing.

Following the completion of the processing, he was issued a citation to appear in court and released as per the court’s instruction.

The Vermont State Police did not release any information regarding the victims involved in the charges against Neville.
