Woman arrested for DUI after single-vehicle crash in Marlboro

MARLBORO — On Aug. 3, at approximately 5:12 p.m., Vermont State Police responded to a report of a single-vehicle crash on North Pond Rd.

Troopers from the Westminster Barracks arrived at the scene and encountered the driver, Elizabeth Stevens, 49, of Marlboro.

During their interaction with Stevens, troopers detected signs of impairment.

Following an investigation, Stevens was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence (DUI) and negligent operation of a vehicle.

Stevens was taken to the Westminster Barracks for processing.

She was later released with a citation to appear at the Vermont Superior Court, Windham Criminal Division, on a date and time to be determined.
