Hartford police execute search warrant, make multiple arrests

HARTFORD — Police executed a search warrant at a residence in Wilder, resulting in multiple arrests and drug seizures, authorities said Tuesday.

The Hartford Police Department conducted the raid at 158 Horseshoe Ave. on July 31, 2024, at 3:15 p.m., concluding a two-month investigation into Zamir Paley, 30, of Wilder.

Fourteen individuals were detained during the operation.

Three were arrested on outstanding warrants:

– Cory White, 37, on a New Hampshire fugitive from justice warrant
– Patrick Howe II, 31, on a Vermont state warrant
– Dakota Lyman, 26, on a Vermont state warrant

Vernon Williams III, 34, was cited and released for false information to police and possession of heroin.

Eleni Howe, 31, was also cited and released for false information to police.

Officers seized quantities of crystal methamphetamine and heroin during the search.

Additional charges are pending as the investigation continues, according to police.

The Hartford Police Department did not immediately release further details about the ongoing case.
