Worcester man charged with distributing crack cocaine

WORCESTER — Worcester Police arrested a man late Saturday night on charges of distributing crack cocaine and possessing fentanyl with intent to distribute.

Jose Davila-Pizzaro, 39, of Worcester, was apprehended by officers after they observed suspicious activity outside a Main Street business around 11:12 p.m.

The business owner had requested police enforcement of “No Trespassing” signs posted on the property.

According to the Worcester Police Department, officers witnessed a female counting money and completing a transaction with Davila-Pizzaro.

A subsequent transaction between Davila-Pizzaro and another male was also observed.

When officers approached the male buyer, he surrendered crack cocaine and will be summoned to court.

Davila-Pizzaro was located by officers on Main Street.

During a search, officers found fentanyl rolled up in his groin area.

He was arrested and charged with possession of a Class A substance with intent to distribute, distribution of a Class B substance, and trespassing.
