Rockingham man charged with assault, vehicle vandalism

ROCKINGHAM — A local incident has led to the arrest of a Rockingham man on Monday, police report.

At approximately 1:51 p.m. on July 1, Vermont State Police responded to an altercation on Rockingham Rd.

Authorities say Cody Loewe, 32, of Rockingham, was found to have damaged a motor vehicle and injured the driver during the incident.

Following the investigation, Loewe was cited for simple assault and unlawful mischief.

He is scheduled to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Windham Criminal Division on Aug. 13 at 8:30 a.m. to face these charges.
